My wife and I contacted Glenn recently. We had a fairly short timeframe and very specific criteria. Glenn jumped into action and helped us identifying potential homes quickly. With very little notice, Glenn was willing to show us several houses, both in and outside our criteria, at our request. He was very knowledgable regarding the details of each house’s special features and circumstance. With his help, we refined our criteria and found a beautiful home quickly. The process was very smooth. After identifying the house, we put in an offer quickly, went through due-diligence, and ultimately closed on our new home. We even got a couple discounts because Glenn is well connected. Glenn negotiated a great deal for us, and was willing to hold our hand all the way through, which we needed.

We bought a home with him a few years back when we first moved to Orlando. We knew basically nothing about the local market and neighborhoods. He was very patient and answered LOTS of questions with a smile every time. We just sold that house and bought a new one (needing more space for the growing family). So we have done three transactions with Glenn now and he made the headache of buying and selling at the same time a breeze. We accepted an offer at full asking price within 10 days of listing. Glenn’s team did an awesome job with photos and listing, and dealing with all of the moving parts of mortgage companies and changing closing dates and every other curve ball thrown at them. We don’t plan to move again for a long time, but I hope Glenn is still in the business when we do.

I have never sold a home before so I had no idea what to expect. Glenn walked me through every aspect of selling my house and was so professional about the whole sale. His knowledge base of what houses are valued and what was a reasonable expectation for my area was exceptional. My house was on the market for about a week and we had an offer that turned out to be the buyer of my house. I was so impressed with the quality of the pictures and videos Glenn and Keller Williams took, even I enjoyed looking at them. Every time I called or texted Glenn he got back to me promptly and answered all of my questions. He was there for me every step of the way. Glenn is a reliable realtor that does not make you feel pressured when choosing a home. He responds quickly to phone calls and texts. Since being a first time home buyer and doing this all on my own, he took the time to answer all my questions and give his honest opinion when I asked for it. Words can not describe how much I appreciate Glenn McCullough. I contacted Glenn after trying to decide which Realtor to work with.. I could not have made a better decision. I was a first time home buyer (new construction with DR Horton). Glenn is extremely professional and he’s a true expert in Real Estate. My process was seamless. Every question (and I had a ton) Glenn was patient and answered each one. If you are looking to purchasing a home (even new construction) I highly recommend Glenn McCullough. Glenn you are amazing, i had a couple of issues with the mortgage company, glenn saw my frustration and quickly jumped to our rescue, he made calls communicated with the mortgage company and got everything back in order like it needed to be. Glenn is very personable and takes care of things like it was his own, he even helped with our pool issues . Anyone in need of a great realtor glenn is your man. We found Glenn after initially having a poor experience with another realtor from the Orlando area. We were purchasing a 2nd home and primarily live in the Northeast part of the country, so we knew it was critical to have someone we were comfortable with locally. Immediately after our first conversation, we know that Glenn had a firm understanding of the market, the financial aspects of the deal and the price points that the property needed to be at in order to make sense.
